Orders
When a customer scans a table's QR code and confirms their order, it automatically appears in the Orders dashboard and in the Kitchen display.
Order lifecycle
New → In Preparation → Ready → Delivered
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| New | The order arrived and is waiting to be attended |
| In Preparation | The kitchen is working on it |
| Ready | The order is ready to be served |
| Delivered | The order was delivered to the table |
View active orders
Go to Orders in the dashboard. You can filter by:
- Table
- Status
- Time range
Notifications
Each time a new order arrives, the dashboard emits a visual and audio alert. Make sure the volume is on for the device you use as a terminal.
