Quick Start Guide
Follow these steps to get your restaurant up and running with Cheflink in under 10 minutes.
Step 1 — Create your account
- Go to app.cheflink.io/signup.
- Enter your restaurant name, email, and a password.
- Confirm your email address.
Step 2 — Set up your menu
Once you're inside the dashboard:
- Go to Menu → Categories and create sections for your menu (Starters, Main Courses, Drinks, etc.).
- Add your dishes with name, description, price, and photo.
Tip
Use high-quality photos. Menus with images receive up to 30% more orders.
Step 3 — Create your tables
- Go to Tables in the dashboard.
- Click New Table and assign it a number or name.
- Each table automatically generates a unique QR code.
Step 4 — Share the QR code
- Download the QR for each table from Tables → View QR.
- Print it and place it on the table or in the physical menu.
Customers just scan the code with their phone camera to view the menu and place their order.
Step 5 — Manage orders
From Orders you can:
- View all active orders in real time.
- Mark orders as In Preparation, Ready, or Delivered.
- Filter by table or status.
