Kitchen Display

The kitchen display system shows orders in real time on a large screen, optimized for quick reading under intense work conditions.

Access the kitchen display​

Go to Dashboard → Kitchen or open the URL directly:

https://app.cheflink.io/kitchen

We recommend keeping this view open on a dedicated tablet or monitor in the kitchen.

How it works​

  • New orders automatically appear in the top-left.
  • Tap or click an order to mark it as In Preparation.
  • When the dish is ready, mark it as Ready.
  • Ready orders move to the right column until a server picks them up.

Kitchen settings​

From Settings → Kitchen you can:

  • Enable/disable the new order sound
  • Choose the text size (normal / large)
  • Set an alert time for orders that have been waiting too long

Offline mode​

If the internet connection drops, the kitchen display shows an alert. Orders already on screen remain visible, but new ones won't arrive until the connection is restored.
