Manage Team

You can invite your team to access the dashboard with specific roles and permissions.

Available roles

RoleAccess
AdministratorFull access: menu, orders, settings, billing
ManagerMenu, orders, and reports — no billing access
CashierBills and payments only
KitchenKitchen display only (read-only)

Invite a team member

  1. Go to Settings → Team.
  2. Click + Invite.
  3. Enter the email address and select a role.
  4. Click Send Invitation.

The collaborator will receive an email to create their account and access the dashboard.

Remove a team member

  1. Go to Settings → Team.
  2. Click next to the member.
  3. Select Remove Access.

Access is revoked immediately. The user will not be able to sign in to your restaurant's dashboard.
