Manage Team
You can invite your team to access the dashboard with specific roles and permissions.
Available roles
| Role | Access |
|---|---|
| Administrator | Full access: menu, orders, settings, billing |
| Manager | Menu, orders, and reports — no billing access |
| Cashier | Bills and payments only |
| Kitchen | Kitchen display only (read-only) |
Invite a team member
- Go to Settings → Team.
- Click + Invite.
- Enter the email address and select a role.
- Click Send Invitation.
The collaborator will receive an email to create their account and access the dashboard.
Remove a team member
- Go to Settings → Team.
- Click ⋯ next to the member.
- Select Remove Access.

Access is revoked immediately. The user will not be able to sign in to your restaurant's dashboard.
